Fees

  • General new patient assessment - not including ADHD (approx. 1 hour): £500*
  • Follow-up standard (approx. 30 minutes): £250*
  • Follow-up extended - for self-funding patients only (approx. 1 hour): £500
  • ADHD assessment (approx. 1.5 hours): £750Letters: £75 - £150 (depending on requirement)
  • Completion of forms (this does not include forms required by insurers): £75 - £150 (depending

  • Medical reports: £500 per hour (quote provided on request of report)
  • Prescription issues during appointment: No charge

*Fees may differ where there is a pre-agreed, contractual rate with a private medical insurer.

Booking appointments

You can book an appointment over the phone, or via email.

If you book an appointment over the phone, you will receive an email with the appointment details. You must confirm this via email to secure the appointment.

Paying for appointments

If you are self-funding

If you are self-funding, payment will be required in advance of a new-patient consultation, and all follow up consultations.

If you have health insurance

If you are claiming on health insurance, you must provide your insurance details (membership and authorisation numbers) prior to your consultation. Unless you provide this, you will have to pay for the consultation and reclaim the cost from your insurer.

Most insurers require a GP referral letter before authorising treatment.

I am recognised by the major UK health insurers, including, but not limited to, BUPA, BUPA International, AXA, AXA International, Aviva, Vitality, Simply Health, WPA, PruHealth, Cigna, and Cigna Global.

Your insurance policy may be subject to an excess (e.g. the first £100 of a claim). This will need to be settled before further appointments can be booked.

Outstanding invoices

Outstanding invoices will be passed onto a debt-collecting agency. When this happens, you will also be liable for their collection fee, which is an additional 15-20% of the outstanding debt.

This may affect your personal credit rating.

If you are making an appointment on behalf of a patient, you will be liable for any associated debt.

Payment options

  • Bank transfer: account details are detailed on the invoice
  • Credit and debit cards: please let us know if you would like to pay by debit/credit card so we can issue an online payment link. We do not take card payments over the phone or in-person.


Cancellation/no-show policy

  • Appointments cancelled, or rescheduled, within 48-business-hours of the consultation time/date are invoiced the full consultation fee
  • Business hours are 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and other public holidays
  • Health insurers do not cover cancellations/no-shows, so you will have to settle the fee at the self-funding rate

Late arrival

If you are running late for your appointment, you will need to reschedule (if you want to be seen for the full allocated time) or accept that you will be seen for a shorter period of time. You will still be charged the full consultation fee.

Email advice

I cannot offer advice/consultations via email, regarding clinical issues. You must book a face-to-face consultation, or a telephone consultation (if you are self-funding). Appointments are booked in half-hour slots.

Repeat prescriptions

Prescriptions issued during a consultation should last you until your next follow-up appointment. A fee of £50 is therefor made to cover the time and administrative costs of issuing prescriptions outside of a consultation. It will not always be possible to issue a repeat prescription outside of an appointment; this will depend on your condition, how long it has been since your last appointment, and the medication you are on.

Repeat prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy of choice, or can be collected from a clinic location (the Priory Roehampton or 127 Harley Street). At least 72-business hours' notice is required, as well as payment of the prescription fee, before a prescription can be issued.

FP10 prescriptions for controlled drugs (such as ADHD medication) can only be issued during an appointment, and on a monthly basis. If I am working remotely they will be sent securely to a pharmacy in central London who will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange payment and collection or next day delivery

In some cases, it may be possible for your GP to take over the prescribing of your medication. This will depend on the medication you are taking, how long you have been taking it for, and whether your GP is willing to do so.

Statement of Fitness for Work certificates

These can only be issued within 24-hours of a face-to-face consultation. This is a legal requirement.

Request for medical reports

Request for medical reports can take up to one-month, from receipt of request. This may be longer for more complex reports, or where more information is required before a report can be compiled.

Discharge process

As part of my duty of care, I need to review my patients regularly (at least every three months), so that I can effectively manage their mental health condition and any associated risks. If you have not seen me for more than 3-months (unless otherwise agreed), you will be considered as having self-discharged from active follow-up and will be discharged from my care. Whilst we do make contact to offer follow-up reviews after your consultation, it is your responsibility to arrange an appointment if you do not hear from us.

If you have been discharged from my care and wish to be re-referred to me at a later date, you will need to provide an up-to-date GP referral letter. It may not always be possible to you to come back under my care, and you may need to be referred to another consultant. If I can see you, I will need to assess you as a new patient (one-hour consultation).
